Our millenary evo oil is produced in the estate’s oil mill from organically grown olives of the moraiolo, leccino and frantoiano cultivars, harvested by hand and pressed on the same day.

Its excellent organoleptic qualities are thus maintained intact thanks to the cold extraction process, which ensures that the high levels of natural antioxidants (polyphenols), low peroxide count and acidity, indications of absolute quality, are maintained. an ingredient of absolute quality and pleasure that we also offer in the seasoning version in which we add sweet organic oranges and intriguing limes during the milling phase.
